The listed pricings assume the characters are either fully nude, or have minimal clothing (e.g. stockings, shoes, underwear).
More clothing is interpreted as more details and adds to the base price. The additional price for such details is $5 per character.
To clarify further, let's say you would like to commission a picture with Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuuga having sex. You want them to be fully nude (or maybe you want some stockings/underwear on Hinata) and Naruto does not have to be fully visible. The base price for such a picture would be $30.
Now let's say you would instead like Hinata to wear some of her Shippuden outfit - this would add $5 to the base price, meaning the total price would be $30 + $5 = $35.
If you would also like for Naruto to wear, for example, some of his Shippuden clothes in the picture, that would be another $5. So $30 + $5 (Hinata details) + $5 (Naruto details) = $40.
Terminology

If you look at the listed pricings, you will notice two different qualifications - "fully visible" and "identifiable". What do those mean?
Fully visible = the character's head/face is fully visible
Identifiable = the character's head/face is not visible at all, or is only visible partially, but enough details are present that positively identify the character (e.g. body markings/tattoos/scars, skin and hair color, or pieces of clothing)
Another two qualifications are "anonymous" and "named". These should be self-explanatory, but for the sake of transparency, let's go through them:
Anonymous = unknown character, not fully visible, head/face usually not visible at all.
Named = a very specific character from a specific anime/manga/videogame/etc... series.
Commission Format

Each commission should include:
For named characters:
- Full names of the characters involved and the exact name of the series they are from without typos and abbreviations
- At least one usable reference picture for each named character
For clothing details:
- Depending on how specific you are on clothing details, it may be a good idea to provide a reference picture for specific outfits you may have in mind - especially if we are talking about something non-standard for the character/series.
For poses:
- Specify if it's oral, anal, vaginal sex, DP (and what kind of DP),...
- Not really mandatory for common poses (e.g. cowgirl, missionary, doggy style...), but it may still be a good idea to provide a usable reference picture for the pose, depending on how specific you would like to get. "Up to the artist" is also an option.
Details:
- if there are some specific details you want to see, be sure to let me know. For example, unless told otherwise, I will assume female characters should have no pubes. Basically, give a brief description of the scene.
- These are standard details, such as facial expression, sweat, cum, pubic hair, location, etc. that do not affect the price. However, when not specified, I just assume it's up to me.
